More importantly, a lot of people in those buildings did know Lussier and have benefited immeasurably from his lifelong generosity. Lussier, who died a week ago at the age of 90, was the nephew of Capital Times founder William T. Evjue and a long time Cap Times executive who served as president of the Evjue Foundation.
